Saas Fee is a world class, all year resort. It is a great base for skiers, walkers and those who just want to relax in stunning Alpine scenery. It caters for all levels of skier and walker and every age group. Aptly described as, 'The pearl of the Alps' Saas Fee is a car free traditional Alpine resort. This picturesque glacier village lies on a high plateau at the foot of the highest Swiss mountains, the Mischabel chain.

The apartment is furnished to a high standard and offers spacious and very comfortable accommodation. It sleeps four adults very comfortably and will cater for two further children or one adult if needed. It has one twin bedroom and a large living/dining room with two pull-down twin beds and a further sofa bed. A CD player and cable TV are in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with WC, bath and shower. It has a south-facing balcony with stunning views over the glacier.

The Saas Fee area has almost unlimited opportunities for walking. Easy valley paths in Saastal, the main valley, to technical high level routes requiring mountaineering skills. In between there is something to suit everyone and for those not familiar with walking in Switzerland you are able to enjoy some of the finest fottpaths in the world.

Gainng height is generally by mechanical means with a well developed and integrated public transport system that is the envy of the world. From the upper stations of most cable cars there are a variety of paths linking you with either other cable cars or taking you down into the valley.
