Photo 012 - Saint Gallen

The Church of St Laurenzen in St Gallen became the centre of worship for the Protestant population with the arrival of the Reformation in the 1520's. The church was renovated between 1850 and 1854. Today its interior holds some surprises including the beautiful decoration on the interior walls, which today still seem contemporary in their design.
