The Schwarzhorn seen from near First - a photo

The summit of the Schwarzhorn can be reached by a signed path that leaves the Grosse Scheidegg to First path near Oberläger and it is worth remembering there are some sections of cable to contend with. The notch in the Schwarzhorn's south ridge is formed by the minor summit of the Gemschberg.
